Shamsi managed to gain a place but is 64 rating points behind top-placed Josh Hazlewood (792 rating points). West Indian spinner Akil Hossain, England’s Chris Jordan, New Zealand spinner Mitchell Santner and Ish Sodhi also benefited. In the ODI rankings, Indian opener Shikhar Dhawan has moved up to 12th place. Indian bowlers Yuzvendra Chahal (16th) and Shardul Thakur (72nd) have also moved up the rankings.
