Shrikant Tyagi: A court in Uttar Pradesh’s Gautam Budh Nagar district on Tuesday rejected Shrikant Tyagi’s bail plea in a cheating case. However, the court granted bail to two of his associates in the case of sheltering Shrikant after he fled from Noida. A lawyer provided this information. In another case, the court also granted bail to six other employees of Tyagi, who were accused of trespassing at Grand Omaxe Society of Noida Sector 93B on August 6.

Tyagi was arrested from Meerut on August 9

It is known that Shrikant Tyagi is in jail for assaulting and harassing a woman on August 5 in a community based in Noida. The accused was arrested from Meerut on August 9, four days after the incident. Tyagi claims to be an official of the Bharatiya Janata Party, while the party has denied any connection with him. Assistant Public Prosecutor Premlata Yadav said Additional Civil Judge Nupur Srivastava was hearing Tyagi’s bail application.

Yadav told PTI that the court denied bail to Shrikant Tyagi in the case registered under Sections 419, 420 and 482 of the Indian Penal Code. The court granted bail to Nakul Tyagi and Sanjay.

Assistant Public Prosecutor Premlata Yadav said Nakul and Sanjay along with their other associate Rahul were arrested from Meerut on August 9 along with Shrikant Tyagi and charged under Indian Penal Code section 216 (giving shelter to an absconding criminal). A case. was registered under Earlier, the court had granted bail to Nitin Tyagi, Lokendra Tyagi, Rahul Tyagi, Churchill Rana, Prince Tyagi and Ravi Pandit.
