- Will Sachin Pilot be the CM of Rajasthan?
- There is hidden behind this statement of Ashok Gehlot
- Young leadership means pilot?
Rajasthan Politics: Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Sunday made a shocking statement amid the tension on the CM’s face, saying that now the new generation should get a chance to lead. Gehlot, who arrived in Jaisalmer to offer prayers at the Tanot Mata temple, made this statement while talking to the media. In fact, Ashok Gehlot is currently in Jaisalmer and some MPs from his camp are reportedly attending a meeting called by External Affairs Minister Shanti Dhariwal. If sources are to be believed, this meeting has been called to determine what the Gehlot camp thinks about Pilot taking over as chief minister.
Those present at Dhariwal’s residence include state ministers Mahesh Joshi, Shakuntala Rawat and MLAs Danish Abrar, Mahendra Chaudhary, Alok Beniwal. However, Gehlot has proved with his statement that he wants to promote youth leadership. Ashok Gehlot will return to Jaipur on Sunday evening. Where he holds a CLP meeting at 19 at his residence.
What does youth leadership mean?
Youth leadership in Rajasthan means Sachin Pilot will be the CM at this time. In fact, in 2018 when the assembly elections were held in Rajasthan and the Congress got the majority, there was a lot of controversy about who should be the CM of the state. At that time there was a battle between Sachin Pilot and Ashok Gehlot to become the CM, but eventually the Congress high command showed confidence on the experienced shoulders and made Ashok Gehlot the CM.
But soon after this, Pilot rebelled and moved to part ways with some MLAs from his camp, but the Congress high command convinced him again and the Congress government in Rajasthan was saved. Now that Gehlot has talked about giving a chance to the young leadership, it is clear that the Congress can put Sachin Pilot in the ministerial chair.
