Gurugram News: A fast moving car hit a scooty in Farrukhnagar area of Gurugram in Haryana. In this accident, a class 12 student died on the scooty while his classmate was injured in it. Police said the incident happened on Monday afternoon when both students were on their way home from school. He said the driver of the car fled the scene and abandoned his vehicle. The car has been seized after registering an FIR at Farrukhnagar police station, he said.
The police started the investigation by registering a case
Police said the student who died in the accident has been identified as Lalit and the injured Pushpendra. Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Manjit Singh said the body was handed over to the family members after post-mortem on Tuesday. He said the police have registered the case and the motorist will be nabbed soon. Please state that after the incident the driver of the car fled the scene and abandoned his car. The police are looking for the driver.
Autorickshaw and bus collide in Bengal
At least nine people, including eight women farm workers, were killed when an autorickshaw and a State Transport Corporation bus collided on National Highway-60 in Bengal’s Birbhum district on Tuesday afternoon.
