Chhattisgarh News: Six people, including two girls, committed suicide by hanging in Chhattisgarh’s Bilaspur district on Friday. The police announced this on Saturday. Ratanpur police in-charge Shant Kumar Sahu said police found Badal Chaudhary (22) resident of Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi district and a 17-year-old girl hanging from a tree in the forest of Podi village on Friday the evening.
‘The fear of a love affair between a boy and a girl’
Ratanpur police station in-charge Shant Kumar Sahu said the police have received information that the young man and the girl had left the house on September 29. The police started the investigation by registering a case

He said that the police suspect that Gaurishankar and the girl have given their lives because of the love affair. Police officials from Sipat police station in the district said Rameshwar Yadav (65) and Karan Dhanuwar (22) hanged themselves in their respective homes on Friday in two villages of the area, in Kuli and Machkhanda. Police officers said both were psychopaths. He said the police have registered a case and the matter is being investigated.
