The opening pair of KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma came to open the innings. Both batted strongly during the powerplay and added 54 runs in just five overs. But India got the first blow in the form of Rohit Sharma. He scored 28 runs in 14 balls. After which Virat Kohli came to bat. Shadab gave India the second blow in the form of KL Rahul. Rahul scored 28 runs. Virat Kohli and Surya Kumar Yadav led the Indian innings. The duo shared a 29-run partnership off 21 balls. But Surya Kumar Yadav lost his wicket on a personal total of 13 runs off the delivery of Mohammad Nawaz. Kohli kept the end from one side.

Let us tell you that while making a change, Pakistan have included Mohammad Hasnain in the team instead of Shahnawaz Dahani. India have given three changes to Hardik Pandya, Deepak Hooda and Ravi Bishnoi. Dinesh Karthik, Avesh Khan and injured Ravindra Jadeja have been dropped from the playing XI.
