Based on the way Samajwadi Party chief and former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav is leaving his support, it can be said that even after the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, the political crisis is not over for Akhilesh.
Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party president Om Prakash Rajbhar may not have much political stature in Uttar Pradesh politics, but he has the ability to make headlines and stay in the limelight. Hardly anyone knows better than Rajbhar how politics ‘negotiate’ and change ‘colour’. With whom they stand today and with whom they will stand tomorrow, even Omprakash Rajbhar himself will not know this. Rajbhar changes even faster than the clothes of his political ‘loyalty’. Rajbhar, who tried his luck in politics with all the smaller parties including BSP, BJP, Samajwadi Party, has now parted ways with the Samajwadi Party. SP chief Akhilesh Yadav has alienated not only Rajbhar but also his uncle Shivpal Yadav.
Based on the way Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav is leaving his support, it can be said that even after the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, the political crisis for Akhilesh is not going to end. On one hand SP Subhaspa president Omprakash Rajbhar has severed ties, on the other hand Muslim organizations have also entered the fray against Akhilesh Yadav. Shivpal Yadav and Mahan Dal have already parted ways. Based on the kind of political atmosphere being created against the Samajwadi Party, it is being said that how will the SP president Akhilesh Yadav be able to stand against the BJP in the 2024 elections? This question is getting bigger and bigger in the corridors of politics.

Along with this, All India Tanzeem Ulema-e-Islam, a Muslim organization affiliated to Bareilly Dargah Ala Hazrat, has also openly announced its support to Akhilesh Yadav along with Rajbhar. Tanzeem wants Rajbhar to tell Muslims how Akhilesh is deceiving Muslims. If we consider the situation that is being created, even before the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, SP and Akhilesh Yadav’s worries are increasing and the political road ahead is getting long. On the other hand, Keshav Dev Maurya, the president of the Maha Dal, who contested the assembly elections with the SP, has separated. At the same time, Shivpal Singh Yadav and Omprakash Rajbhar’s political friendship with Akhilesh Yadav has broken after the SP’s letter.
Talking about the political journey of Om Prakash Rajbhar, president of Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party, Rajbhar started politics in 1981 during Kanshiram’s time. Rajbhar quit the BSP in 2001 when he fell out with Bahujan Samaj Party supremo Mayawati. In fact, Rajbhar was upset with the then chief minister Mayawati’s renaming of Bhadohi to Sant Kabir Nagar. After which he formed his own party. Subhasp, who has been contesting elections since 2004, fielded his candidates in UP and Bihar elections, but on most occasions he was more of a spoilsport than a winner. In the 2017 assembly elections, Rajbhar’s fortunes turned around by contesting with the BJP and Rajbhar got power. He became a minister in the Yogi government, but did not last long. Apart from BSP, SP and BJP, Rajbhar once made up his mind to contest against Mukhtar Ansari, but he could not do so, later withdrawing. Not only this, Rajbhar has once contested assembly elections from Mukhtar Ansari’s Inqlab Party.

Omprakash Rajbhar was contesting from the Zahurabad seat in the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections held in the same year against BJP’s Kalicharan Rajbhar and BSP’s Shadab Fatima. Where he defeated the BJP candidate by more than 40 thousand votes. He contested the Assembly elections under Akhilesh Yadav’s alliance. 6 MLAs from his party won. But the coalition did not get majority. After this, it was expected that this alliance of Akhilesh and Rajbhar would last at least till the next Lok Sabha elections 2024, but repeating history, the alliance could not escape. Rajbhar now sees only flaws in Akhilesh. After his divorce from SP, Rajbhar has become more of an attacker on Akhilesh. Well, there is no single reason for Rajbhar’s displeasure. They are upset that Akhilesh is doing politics while sitting in an AC room. Akhilesh’s non-invitation to Rajbhar for a meeting with opposition candidate Yashwant Sinha during the presidential election also added to the controversy. After parting ways with SP, Rajbhar has started talking about going with BSP, but the surprising thing is that on one hand Rajbhar is talking about going with BSP, on the other hand, BJP is also kind to him. Meanwhile, BSP supremo Mayawati has barred Rajbhar’s entry into the BSP, calling him an opportunist.
The BJP is also adding fuel to the fire in the Akhilesh-Rajbhar controversy. Om Prakash Rajbhar has been granted Y category security by the state government. After which there was a discussion that Rajbhar could once again join the Yogi government. Behind it, it is also being asked to support Draupadi Murmu, the NDA candidate from Rajbhar in the presidential election. It was said that relations between him and the BJP were on the mend again. However, about getting Y category security, Om Prakash Rajbhar says that he has been attacked before. may attack again. In such a situation, he sought security from the government, which has now been granted. Rajbha said on his closeness with Yogi government or BJP that now our alliance is with Samajwadi Party. From there the alliance will be broken, only then will there be a conversation with someone. Who will break the coalition? On this question, Rajbhar says that Akhilesh Yadav will break it. From there it will be called talaq-talaq-talaq and we will say acceptance-acceptance.

After parting ways with the SP, Rajbhar explained his future strategy and said that he would like to break the alliance with the SP and form an alliance with Mayawati’s party, the Bahujan Samaj Party. If there is no dialogue with BSP then dialogue will be done with someone else. He said that now many parties will come forward before the Lok Sabha elections. With whom we will talk, form an alliance with. All is not well in BJP now.
On receiving the Y-category security granted to Subhashap National President Omprakash Rajbhar, the party’s National Vice President Dr. Om Prakash Pandey said that Om Prakash Rajbhar himself had sought security from the Yogi government. OP Rajbhar sought security from the state government only after the commotion in Ghazipur. Not only this, there were continuous attempts to attack Omprakash Rajbhar for several months. Due to which the Yogi government has given him security.
However, no political expert is ready to say anything about the future politics of Rajbhar with any claim. The reason for this is that on the one hand, Rajbhar seems close to the BJP, but does not hesitate to talk about going with the BSP. At the same time, the closeness that Shivpal Yadav seemed to have with the BJP is now a thing of the past. Currently, Shivpal is talking about strengthening his own party, the Progressive Samajwadi Party, but as the general elections approach, he may try to bring smaller parties under one umbrella once again, which will be held in the assembly elections. It was not possible.
