Recently there were reports about Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan that she will do two consecutive films of Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. There was no information about how the film would be based, but according to the reports coming in now, it is said that in view of the success of the film Shershah and the mood going against Bollywood, Sara Ali Khan, Karan Johar’s All set to play the role of freedom fighter Usha Mehta in the next film ‘Ae Watan Mere Watan’. It will be a desh bhakti film which will show Usha Mehta’s sacrifices for freedom.

Sara Ali Khan is very excited about the film and is preparing all the way to play her character in the best possible way. She will do justice to her character in this big film and bring her role alive again in front of the audience.

Helmed by Karan Johar’s Dharma Entertainment, the film will be released on OTT platform Amazon Prime Video. The film will encapsulate Usha Mehta’s freedom struggle by launching an underground radio station called Congress Radio. Apart from Ae Watan Mere Watan, another biopic on Usha Mehta titled Freedom Radio is also in the works.

Let us tell you that Bollywood has been boycotted for some time now. Yash Raj Films collapsed as three major films made under his banner flopped continuously. The nose of Dharma Productions was saved by Siddharth Malhotra’s Shershaah. The movie was liked by the people.
