Against Sapna Choudhary In this case, Sub-Inspector Firoz Khan had lodged an FIR at Ashiana Police Station on 14 October 2018. According to the FIR, a dance program for Sapna and other artistes was to be held on 13 October 2018 from 14.00 to 22.00. The afternoon tickets were sold at a price of Rs.300 per person. person. Thousands of people had bought tickets, but when they got there, they saw that the event had been cancelled. It is claimed that despite the cancellation of the program, their money was not returned to the people. After that they started making mess everywhere. The police had then registered a case in the matter and after investigation filed a charge sheet against Choudhary and others.

Sapna Chaudhary’s old controversy

This is not the first time that Sapna has been accused of cheating and betrayal. In February 2021, the Economic Offenses Wing of the Delhi Police registered a case against Sapna Choudhary on charges of cheating and breach of trust. A celebrity management company that manages Sapna had filed a complaint against her and several others, including her mother and brother, for criminal breach of trust, criminal conspiracy, cheating and misappropriation of funds.

According to the FIR, the complaint alleged that the popular Haryanvi singer had breached an artist management agreement which made it clear that she would not work with or join any other company, nor any other company. There will also be direct or indirect contact with the customer. The FIR states that Sapna breached the agreement and carried out business activities contrary to the terms of the contract.
