The NCB said the accused had funded drug trafficking in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and used ganja, charas, cocaine and other narcotic and psychotropic drugs. NCB launched an investigation into alleged drug use in the film and television industry following Rajput’s death on 14 June 2020.
