India also lost Virat Kohli’s wicket in the ninth over. Kohli fell victim to Reece Topley after scoring 17 runs. Rishabh Pant led the round with Suryakumar Yadav. But in the 17th over, Yadav fell victim to Craig Overton on a personal total of 16. Pant, along with Hardik Pandya, took the rounds forward. Both wore unique shorts around the track. Hardik scored 71 runs in 55 balls using 10 fours and then fell victim to Brydon Cars. On the other hand, Rishabh Pant stood firm and scored the first century of his ODI career.

England were bundled out for 259 runs in 45.5 overs after being invited to beat in the third and final ODI against India. Captain Jos Buttler (60 runs) scored half a century for England. For India, all-rounder Hardik Pandya took four, Yuzvendra Chahal took three and Mohammad Siraj took two wickets. England made no changes in the playing XI. While India’s fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah could not be part of the match due to back pain.
