Today I am dedicating such cinema halls to the youth of Pulwama and Shopian.” He said cinema halls will soon be inaugurated in Anantnag, Srinagar, Bandipora, Ganderbal, Doda, Rajouri, Poonch, Kishtwar and Reasi.
