After the numbers released by Dharma Productions, Kangana Ranaut called these numbers fake. Sharing a report on social media, Kangana took a look at the film’s earnings. Kangana has not only called it 60-70% fake but has also said that it was not made on a budget of 410 crores but in 650 crores. Brahmastra is claimed to have collected 138 crores within the first 4 days of its release. , According to the figures released by the Brahmastra team, the film has earned a worldwide weekend collection of 250 crores. Brahmastra’s team has released these figures without any source. Whereas media reports claim otherwise for which they have also provided evidence to prove it.

According to Pinkvilla, Brahmastra earned Rs 16.25 crore on day four of release – Rs 14.25 crore from the Hindi markets, and Rs 2 crore from the dubbed language versions. Discrepancies are noticed in the box office reporting for Brahmastra. Dharma Productions publishes daily earnings figures without citing sources. Dharma shared that the film grossed Rs 225 crore over the weekend which is a number that no one believes and these numbers are said to be fake.
